The goals of Trigger Point Therapy are to release local muscle contractures, reduce localized inflammation and improve local vascularization.<\/p>

The trigger points that cause the current complaints are precisely identified. Once the diagnosis has been made, we have two therapeutic options: manual treatment or dry needling (using disposable acupuncture needles).<\/p>

These two techniques are the most effective approaches in the treatment of trigger points.<\/p>
